Teaching Kindergarten and preschool kids should be fun. The teacher should make the child learn by fun. Sometimes it becomes a unhappy experience for both the parent or teacher and the child. This is beacause of the lack of patience between the two or because of the pattern of teaching. Kindergarten or preschool worksheets must be interesting for the kids to work on. A kindergarten teacher has to get fully involved and involve children with lots of interesting kindergarten activities, worksheets and exercises, that would hold their attention and make it an enjoyable experience for the kids.
There are two important points that may be kept in mind here:
The learning should be made fun and it should not be boring. The child should not feel that they learn, the kids must feel that they are playing. The child does not know the difference between learning and playing. So do not differentiate btween learning and playing.They should always feel like playing. For otherwise, children will quickly get bored. Hence it would be a good idea to use a lot of interesting activities, games, coloring sheets, illustrated kindergarten worksheets etc. You should be well prepared with these teaching aids, which can be made very easily.

Stop working with the kids if you or the child is not interested. Do not force to child to sit in a place and read. Start everything as a game. You participate in the game with full involvement. Then ask the child to do the same thing.The learning should be real-worldly. It is easiest to learn and remember when whatever is learned is immediately applied to a practical, real-life situation. You should use every opportunity to teach and regularly reinforce basic concepts taught, in real-life and in real-time. The basic science can be taught from home. While bathing tell them about the bubbles fored from the soap solution. While eating tell about the vitamins and minrals found in the vegetables and fruits and its importance for our body.Teach the alphabet while eating like c for carrot etc.
Well designed kindergarten worksheets can be very interesting for children to do and can be very useful in reinforcing basic concepts like alphabet recognition , time reading , math numbers , number sequence etc.Connecting dots is the most sought after worksheets by the kindergareten kids. Completing the worksheet activity can give children an immense sense of accomplishment.
